Don't copy onto a HD mac disk if you don't have a SuperDrive. Without a
SuperDrive, you can't use HD disks properly. Period. If you have the
regular drive, you can copy onto -DD- Mac disks.
If the previous tip doesn't help much (the Mac can see what files are on
the disk but can't open them), then you need to get a copy of MacLink
Plus. This has file translators for many IBM, Apple II, and Unix formats,
although you're only going to see IBMs mentioned on the front of the box.
The translators come in several forms (as XTNDs, as Macintosh Easy Open
translators, as MS Word translators, as MS Works translators, and as a
stand-alone application).
