Try using Claris MacWrite Pro. It includes translators for Appleworks
Classic Word Processor Files. I used to send the files over a null-modem
cable from a //e to an SE, open then with MacWrite Pro, export it to Word
5, and send it off to my editor on a floppy - no problemo.
