Yep.  I've just checked, and the System 6 Golden Master CD-ROM
includes source code to the Media Control CDEV, Media Control NDA, and
the drivers for the Apple CDSC, Pioneer 2000 and Pioneer 2400.

Of course, they aren't distributable, and it appears the CD-ROM is no
longer available (Resource Central no longer lists it in their catalog).
