I stand corrected. I know that version 1.1 of Pascal can only boot from
slot 6 (id doesn't recognize 3.5 drives). I don't remember if 1.2 will
recognize 3.5 drives. I'll have to look into it.

BTW, has anyone else used Apple Fortran? This was based on the Apple
Pascal operating system. I think that only the compiler, library and
linker files were different.

CP/M probably supports 5.25 drives in slots 4 and 5. I suppose that I could
get that extra disk ][ controler out of storage & have my two disk ][s in
slot 6 drive 1 and slot 4 drive 1...
