Help! Need a directory listing of AWKS 4.0 DIsks (5.25 only)

Having purchased a second copy of AWKS 4.0 and wanting to pass it on to
my father in-law, I was surprised to find only 3.5 disks in it, (unlike
I was told.)  I only use 3.5 disks on my IIgs but have both types of
drives.  He has a //e with only 5.25 drives so I need help in splitting
up the 3.5's into a 5.25 set.  (I know there's a possible problem with
the dictionary disk but I'll solve that another way.  In my orginial 
purchase several of my 5.25 disks were bad but I didn't need them so I
didn't do anything about it.  The dictionary disk was good.)  With previous
versions I remember needing the SEG.PR on all disks, and maybe other
requirements......

If some one who has a set of 5.25 disks could tell me what is on each
disk I would be very grateful.  (Either by email or post...)
