This message is somewhat misleading. It is displayed whenever Finder
gets an error while attempting to start up the Toolbox. It doesn't
actually tell you what the error was, it just assumes that the problem
was something to do with memory or the version of a toolset.
Have you tried shift-booting, to eliminate all your extensions? You
may have a buggy INIT, CDEV or desk accessory.
If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the System Software (using the
System 6.0.1 Installer, by booting from the :Install disk).
