AE Memory Tester?

Can someone please let me know how I can get the AE RAM tester program
for my GS Ram +?  I had the disk but have since misplaced it.. and
my GS is crashing enough to make me wonder if my memory has gone bad
or something.  I remember it was a P8 program or something and showed a 
SHR graphic of the memory card and banks as it checked the memory.
