Video 7

Hi, this message has been posted before, but I haven't gotten an answer
yet. I have a video 7 to use to hook up an RGB monitor (for when your aux
card doesn't support one) It has a short red "fish hook" clip and a long
blue "fish hook" clip.  I know it needs to get a video signal.  Any help
from you hardware wizards would be really apprectiated!
