Problems running GS/OS software -- HELP

I just got a hold of the system 6.0.1 disk for my GS
(talk about major improvments over system disk 1.0) and I am trying 
to run several applications that produce the following 
error message when executed.

"An application can't be found for this document"

I know this error message does say it all, but I thought the
following programs should run with no problem under the
GS/OS.

GSCIIPLUS - $B8/NDA file -- new desktop accessory.
SSCII - $B5/EXE file -- GS/OS Shell application.
MEGATERM - a simple binary.

What do I need to do to run these programs?
