Questions about upgrading a GS

I have a IIGS with ROM 01 and a loaded 1MG expansion card.

What is the procedure and cost to upgrade to ROM 3/03?
What benifits to I get by upgrading to ROM 3/03?
What is difference between ROM 3 and ROM 03?

What kind of memory upgrade options do I have and what
would the cost be for them?  If I got more memory by using a
diffent expasion card, would I still have a RAM disk?

Are there hard disks out there for the GS?  If there are,
where can I get them and how much are they ... in general?
