It was when I posted Columns VGA there last Christmas.  I had given up,
assuming that they just weren't going to post it.  I'd peek in and see
the same utilities posted over and over and very little else.  Then finally 
in late March I got a message from someone who'd just downloaded it from CBIP.
I'd hate to see that happen to CBA2.  At least there I log on and always see
at least 30 binaries.
