So far, no one has suggested that c.b.a2 be moderated.

To repeat my suggestion...I do think it would be a good thing if someone
volunteered to keep a watchful eye on what gets uploaded, and to send a
thank you note to those people who do upload software to that group. That
same person could also send a note to those who post messages to c.b.a2,
politely reminding them that that's what the rest of the c.s.a2.* groups
are for, and could send an equally polite note to those who upload files
without file descriptions.

That's not moderation; that's courtesy.
