Resource Central. It is the _only_ source for many reference manuals
(the ones that used to be sold by APDA). The more mainstream manuals
are published by Addison-Wesley, so may be available elsewhere.

The Programmer's Reference for System 6.0.1 listed in their catalogue
isn't an update - it is the full manual (replacing the Programer's
Reference for 6.0). If you already have the 6.0 Ref, you should be
able to get an update from ByteWorks (but they have yet to notify me
that such an update exists).

I paid about US$40 for TB Ref III from APDA, so these prices are
pretty reasonable. TB Ref III is a very big book - about 1800 pages.
The cover price is US$39.95, which is what Resource Central sells it
for. It is published by Addison-Wesley (product code 55019).

The 6.0 (and 6.0.1) Programmer's Reference is only available from
Resource Central and from ByteWorks, as far as I know. It is not
published by Addison-Wesley. It is a loose-leaf manual in a ring
binder. I must admit that it seemed rather expensive. Probably due to
a small production run.

Note that the prices you mentioned only cover surface mail postage.
If you want them air-mailed, you will have to pay a lot more, as
air-mail is charged by weight. Both these books are heavy.
