When I ordered the 6.0/6.0.1 ref from Byteworks, it came in one binder
but was in fact two manuals; the ~1" thick 6.0 reference with a 50 page
6.0.1 reference, separated by a colored dividing page. The 6.0.1 ref
wasn't just a set of ammended pages, but a manual in itself.
I don't recall the price of the 6.0.1 ref off hand, but it wasn't very
expensive.
