That's Castle Wolfenstein, and Beyond Castle Wolfenstein.  They were
for the Apple ][+ (though run on a //e with no problem, you can't
fault Apple for backwards compatability that's really compatible).

If you don't have a //e, the easiest way to see them is to download
the C64 emulator from watson.mbb.sfu.ca
