Certainly. What you need is: A Voice-capable modem (such as a ZyXEL,
or a Rockwell brand), a serial port (like a Super Serial Card), and
some software. Ah yes, a harddisk would help to, you have to store the
stuff somewhere ... so a //e would probably be a better choice, floppies
won't suffice.
As for the software: Look at the sources that are freely available and
start from there, with a simple system that works as an answering machine
(easy to do) and work from there till you have a fully functional voice
mail system (lots of work).
