Are you able to extract a BIN file from Ciderpress, FTP it, and then
have it in a usable format once its over?  I did not have much luck
with this so far.

I do have an FTP server (filezilla) and client (SAFE2) but maybe there
is another app that works better?  What server/client do you use?
