Optimizing will probably trash your hard drive if you have block-in-use
or other main directory corruptions. I too have had that happen with
ProSel-16, though I suspect it would happen with any optimization
program.
The rule with optimization is: Always back-up first; check volume with
Volume Repair (and fix any errors) _before_ you optimize.
