1. Did you reboot after you chose "Your card"?
2. Try unplugging your serial (ImageWriter) cable from printer port.
3. Have you doublechecked your Grappler dipswitches?

I know the Grappler/DeskJet combination works fine from ProDOS 8. From 
AppleWorks you will want to use a Control-I 0N interface card setting 
rather than Control-I 80N.

Can't think of anything else to mention, but keep plugging away.
