Yes, that is because you are using System 6.0.1's RAM5 driver.  This
allows you to use the RAM disk from GS/OS, but you will find that RAM5
is not available if you go to ProDOS-8.

This was not an option prior to 6.0.1 - if the SuperDrive card was in
slot 5, you had no way to access RAM5 (but the memory would still be
reserved for it, if you had set up the control panel for a non-zero
RAM disk size).

Only in GS/OS programs, though.  ProDOS-8 programs access the mouse
through the firwmare, which isn't present if slot 4 is set to "your card".
