You don't say which platform you/they will be using it with, so the cabling
will likely be different...
I am using PublishIt 4 with my IIgs. All you need is a Mac to Imagewriter
I cable (not IW2!!!). Connect it from the serial port (or super serial
card if you're using a //e, for example) to the serial connector on the
DeskJet (the DB-25 connector). --hardware part--
Next, boot up PublishIt and under the Apple menu is the configuration
section. Tell it what your interface is (i.e. GS port, super serial, etc)
and which printer you're using (DeskJet) and BINGO! --software part--
Not so bad, now was it! :)
