You could use the Backup program that comes with EasyDrive from
Quality Computers, but that doesn't back up file by file, instead
it takes a picture of the disk (called image backup). Also,
Apple's own Backup II program should work, but I don't know how it
will handle resource forks (it's an 8-bit program). And I don't
know, but maybe Archiver could help you out as well (I use it to
back up to my floptical, but I only need one, so...)
