Hard Drive Help needed!

I want to add a hard drive to my enhanced //e.  However, I do
know just how to accomplish this feat.  I have neither a hard
drive nor a SCSI card yet.  I am thinking of purchasing the
Apple II High Speed SCSI.
 
I am considering puchasing a drive from HI-TECH COMPONENT
DISTRIBUTERS INC. which advertises in _COMPUTER SHOPPER_.  They
are advertising an 80MB 19ms 2.5" 1/3HT. SCSI QUANTUM 6080S and
a 100MB 20ms 3.5" 1/2HT. SCSI NEC D3856.
 
Will these drives work with a //e?  What software would you
recommend?  I've been waiting for hard drive prices to come down
so I could purchase one and it would be nice for an upgrade to
Appleworks 4.0.
