Neither of the replyers to the original post have answered the poor guy's
question: Where to get a program to clip the headers of GIFs.  Now, I don't
know where to get one, but I know that at least one such rogram does exist,
but I've never got hold it myself.  I can't even remember the name for
it.... :-) 
	BTW - I think that if you use the Median Cut on GIF.3200 Version 0.2
you get FAR better results than Prism...Of tested several pics and compared
them with each other...If they could combine both elements of each program
together the ensuing program would kick arse... :-)
