Help! How to upload?

Does not seem to know how to upload to my UNIX machine!

I can't use rx and rb. Command not found.

Using rz, too many errors and Proterm will kill off process.

Someone sent me message to use "rz -l 1024 filename". Does not work. Do
rz -help shows options that does not even have -l.

What to do? Thanks.
