I responded to the poster of this message in email, and based upon his
response I would like to rephrase the question, partly because I also want
to know the answer.  The poster knows all about Binscii and Shrinkit. 
What he was searching for (and what I also want to know) is where cba2
postings are archived (if anywhere).
