I see from another message that you've managed to find the FAQ.

A couple of points:

1. You also posted this question (and a follow-up) to
comp.binaries.apple2.  That newsgroup is not supposed to be used for
general discussions, only for uploading binary files and their
descriptions.  You should use comp.sys.apple2 for any discussion about
files, requests for files or general information etc.

2. There is a problem with your E-Mail address.  My name server cannot
find a site called "vanderbilt.edu", and if I try to use the "bang
path" to get a message to you, then "vanderbilt.edu" claims that it
doesn't know any user called "pagey".
