Copying from 486/SUN to IIc

I have just acquired a IIc and hardly have any software for it. I know
I can get a lot of software off the network but have no idea how to 
put it on floppies which the IIc can read. Is there a software which 
will allow me to copy IIc files from a 486 or a sun workstation to a
floppy which the IIc can read ?
