Are you saying that Matt did *not* plead 'nolo contendre'?  Which in this
state contrasts to the word 'innocent'?
Yes. We are not Matt's judge.  His judge is that one who will pass sentence
on him in May.

I just reported the facts of the case.  If you want to be homophobic, etc,
go right ahead; just don't attribute your problems to me.

Thank you for admitting that people than yourself have rights to speak.
But I think sodomizing a 14-year old boy is slightly *more* tasteless.

Next time don't try to intimidate people writing simple informative
posts either in Usenet or e-mail.  Some people don't intimidate when
it comes to freedom of speech.

The title of the thread is perfectly accurate.  If it weren't for your
attempted bullying and attempt to stifle any public notice or discussion
of this newsworthy item then the thread would never has been started.

Ironically, my newsitem left out the more morbid parts of the story such
as the enema and the pillowcase which were already posted in comp.sys.apple2.

I would be embarrassed if I were you for trying to deny fellow citizens
the whole truth about Matt.  What do you have to hide?  What's going on
at Amdahl, anyway?
