If you're thinking of uploading 'The Complex II' to the binaries
newsgroups, some caution may be in order. It only seems to be really
usable by those running BBS's for others to connect up and play. I
applaud the effort, and hope that a better version will come out soon
with more compatibility with GS/OS and GNO, and more usefulness as a
single-player game. Until then, posting it may be a waste of
bandwidth.

Is there any interest from those who cannot ftp, but only have the
newsgroups, despite our reviews? If there is a real desire to see it,
go ahead and post it. But, in the meantime, I'd consider Complex II to
be an interesting thing, but mostly a 'prerelease' that does not have
all the features implemented yet, and therefore not really worth it.
