You save it as screen (umm, $C0?).

Not sure if DGFX does it (it should), PP does it fursure, DP2 probably
not. In PP, it is under the file menu (for 2.0 atleast, maybe 1.0 doesn't
have it).

There really isn't a point to convert to $C2, since this format still
take lots of space. The recently posted FLIGS is not bad actually, except
its gray scale quality isn't that great yet.
SuperConvert can do color though, but converting frame by frame (you have
to sit there and interact with the program) is quite annoying, if SC
could've automated this process (easy), then you can just convert .fli's
over night. We don't have any decent macro recorders... oh wait, haven't
tried Jason Simmon's on SC converting .fli yet, hmm...
