Very fast macs are lucky to get 24fps on 1/4 screen, around
320*200. Given the GS's limited bus speed (1 Mhz), and processor
speed as well, getting 1/4 screen QT players would be a minor
achievement. But, why would you want QT movies, anyhow. 1/4 screen is
crap, and most QT movies stink. There are far better uses of a GS
than to sit around watching Apple Co's TV ads for cool macs (I want a
GS commercial, at least!)?
Also, you mentioned earlier that you wanted to display porno .GL
files. Get your immature lousy mind out of the gutter! A computer is
not a purveyor of porno images and animations for the masses. If you
want to wallow in it, that is your choice, but a poor one.
