Quality Computers is CONSIDERING writing an Apple //e emulator for the
Power Macintosh.  They are weighing the options; they've mentioned
trying to license the Laser 128 ROM source, since it has been tested
legal in the courts.

They currently have no plans to create a IIGS emulator -- they don't
think they could sell enough of them to make it worthwhile, especially
considering the expense and the price they'd have to charge for the
emulator, especially if they had to license stuff off of Apple.
