Zip Accelerator card questions

I've been reading the posts about ProTerm and Zip accelerator cards, and
some of the discussed information leaves me confused.

First, how in the world does anyone get a 15.5 MHz card? I thought the
fastest was 14 MHz.

Second, how much do these ultrasonic accelerators cost and how do I get
them? I'm interested in the prices for these speeds (w/64K cache): 12 MHz,
14 MHz, 15MHz, 15.5MHz.

Finally, are there any disadvantages to the high-speed accelerators
besides price?
