I'm sorry, but this isn't a bug. The Easy Install is based on what
the user already had installed on their machine. Sometime in the past a
System Software install most-likely placed SCC.Manager on the machine. The
AppleTalk rules noticed that this file was there, and updated the entire
package of files, just as it was supposed to do. You wouldn't have noticed
that this was happening, since the AppleTalk code never showed a dialog
until 6.0.1. Believe me, the behaviour hasn't changed - just the user-
level effects.
