Re: Tape Drives

All this talk about tape drives and the new BlueDisk (is that what
it's called? the cool high-density IDE floppy controller card for
the GS) got me thinking (oh no!):

Since most of the msdos tape drives, i.e., Colorado 250 MB tape-drives
are actually controlled by the floppy controller, shouldn't the
BlueDisk controller card also work with them (with the appropriate
drivers, of course.) And since you can pick up a nice internal
Colorado 250 for around $149, and even cheaper for the 125 megger,
Colorado Tape Drives and the BlueDisk Controller card would make a great
combo!

Is this possible with the BlueDisk or am I dreaming again?
