Ah, umm, time for some clarifications it seems .....
BlueDisk: Floppy controller card, will work with PC-style MFM
floppies, highly likely that it will support tape drives, too (the
software is in the works).
TurboIDE: That's the card that does IDE drives at DMA speed. No floppy
capabilities.

You are dreaming, since the software is not available right now,
but your dream may become true. How soon I cannot say, the person
who writes the floppy soft has experience in that field, however.
