GSHK, at least version 1.1 has a radio button in the Open dialog
that allows you to display just files ending with .shk, or all files.
Alternatively, just rename the files, usually not a big problem.
Escher is a HyperStudio GS Stack... I think it may have an included
player in the archive, maybe not. If the computer can't seem to run
the file, you may have unpacked with an old GSHK version that didn't
handle the resource fork... Try it using GSHK 1.1, which can be found
at ftp.apple.com.
