I have been using a CP/M card (i.e. Z-80 card) on my Apple for the past 8 years.
It is now evident that something on the card is suffering from thermal breakdown
(works for a few minutes after power-up, and then crashes in strange ways). I was
wondering if anyone knew if the culprit was usually any particular chip (like the
Z-80 CPU itself) before trying to swap any parts (easy to do, since all the chips
are socketed :-) ??
Thanks in advance for any lessons learned!
Curt
