I think I tried this but I'll try it again to make sure in case I forgot to.

I am thinking of looking for a used SCSI Tape drive to do just this. 
Question: If I can see the partitions under the 'GS/OS Partition' list
within the RamFAST utility, will I be able to back them up even though I
cannot get them to be recognized under GS/OS?
