Not correct. SHRINKIT (IIe version) and IIPLUS.UNSHRINK both support
un-shrinking disk images. All you need is a disk drive of the correct
size.
This may be the problem - if you're talking about 800k disk images,
then you're probably right - not many IIes have a 3.5" drive.
Any IIe (or II+) should be able to deal with 140k disk images.
