RamFAST and CD150

Hi there,
 
a friend of mine has on his Apple IIGS with System 6.0.1 an Apple CD150
an RamFAST SCSI Rev. C and some problems.
 
When he install the Rom 3.00G then the system will recognize the CD-Rom,
but only DATA CD's no Music CD's. When he insert an Music CD the System
will crash.
When he install the Rom 3.01E then the system says that he can't recognize
the CD and ask him if he want to format the CD (music and data CD's)
 
Has anybody expirience with the RamFAST and the CD150 and can help
my friend ??
