No, it's not.... But sometimes the Apple IIGS title screen has dropped chars
(ie, it read "Apple I " at the top once.... I'm also getting dropped chars
on the 80-column text screen, and the 40-column text screen, like I can go
into the control panel and the box around the screen will have "gaps" in it...

No problems with the power supply here - I just got a new one last summer,
actually....
