This has been a feature of the LaserWriter driver for quite a while
now, but has never been documented, as far as I know. It has been
mentioned several times on this newsgroup.
To print to a postscript file, select LaserWriter as your printer,
do Page Setup as required, then call up the Print dialog.
Set up the appropriate parameters, then click on the Print button and
immediately after this, hold down Apple-F (for File). To be on the
safe side, you may like to hold down Apple-F then click on the print
button. A dialog should appear telling you that the postscript file
is being written to disk.
It is stored to a file in the */SYSTEM/DRIVERS directory. I think it
is called "Postscript.nn", where nn increments for each printout.
