This is an extremely ambitious proposal, and would be one of importance. One
can only hope you carry through with it. By the way there are several ways
the PC can do this. One is the Gravis, another new cards from Roland and
Turtle Beach and both the SB16 with WB ( gives you a Proteus) or the
PAS16XL can do most of what you are talking about. Of course these all
cost $500 or so...
