There was a memory test program that came with later versions of AWGS. It
was called "MemoryTester.CL" or something like that. I don't know if that
was just for the Apple memory card or if it would check any RAM. Also,
you didn't mention what kind of RAM card you have, though I don't know if
it makes a difference. --
