Can anyone send me information,
or where to find information,
reguarding _detailed_ specs
about the SMARTPORT interface.
The information given in the Apple IIGS hardware/firmware manual,
and Apple IIc Technical reference manual is nice, but doesn't
cover what I'm needing.
What I'm after is a fairly in depth discussion, and technical
details required to actually _build_ a SMARTPORT interface.
Eg: A slave processor system (eg: ARM300) contained in a black
box which connects to the IIGS/IIc disk drive port.
(This is only an example, to get the idea across)
