WANTED: APW or GS info

[I'd like to apologize to the people who get this message more than once
but I want to make sure that I reach as many Apple IIGS programmers as
possible]

An Apple IIGS was recently donated to me and I want to use it to build some
sound applications.  I have a few programming books, and they all recommend
APW, the apple programmers' workbench for the IIGS.  I'm pretty sure this
is not available any more.  Is anyone willing to part with it?

If not, I have another question, how *can* I begin to develop large
applications for the GS?  I am willing to work entirely in assembly
language (heck, I've been doing it forever already...)  But I don't know
enough about the GS architecture to do the Toolbox calls that I need.  I
need some sort of library like APW claims to offer.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
