Sider hard drive

A while back Paul Dunkel posted a question concerning his hard drive
from ICE Ltd.  From email discussions with him, the behavior and the
setup of his system sounded an awful lot like the Sider hard drive by
First Class Peripherals, manufactured by Xebec. A couple nights ago it
struck me: could it _be_ a Sider? Was ICE Ltd the name of the English
company that sold Siders in Europe? I don't remember. 

In case the drive indeed turns out to be a Sider, does anybody have any
idea if/where Paul might get his hands on the format/partition
utilities? Alternatively, can he get from anywhere the ROM that makes
the Sider all-ProDOS? Since FCP has been defunct so long, this is
probably a long shot, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
