Soenke was working with it because he is a beta tester. IOW, dmake has
neither been posted to cba2 nor uploaded to the Apple II ftp sites yet.
It's currently at v0.4.0b and the next release will be a general release
to cba2, grind, caltech, and probably pindarus. Expect it within two
weeks.
makedmake will also be released at the same time.
